 Soup Kitchen Doors are open from 4 PM to 5:30 PM every Wednesday

 Deliveries are made between 1 PM and 4:30 PM on the 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd, and 4th Wednesdays of
every month

 NO deliveries are made on the 5 th Wednesday of those months with five (5) Wednesdays

 To remain on our delivery schedule, a recipient must have completed a Delivery Form and
have a valid phone number

 If a delivery recipient does not respond to phone calls or text messages, they will be
dropped from our list

 If a delivery recipient is receiving items that they do not want to receive, they should
notify their driver and complete a new Delivery Form
